Kauai Poke Co. began its journey in 2018 as a humble catering company and food truck, serving fresh island flavors to local events, beach gatherings, and community celebrations. What started as a small, family-driven operation quickly became a local favorite — and in 2022, we proudly opened our brick-and-mortar location in Koloa.
Today, youll find us at 2250 Ainako Street, in a leased space just below the beautiful Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa, overlooking the stunning greens of Poipu Bay Golf Course. It's a setting that reflects exactly who we are: relaxed, scenic, welcoming - and rooted in Kauai.
We are a family-owned small business with a true 'local' heart. Community isn't just part of our story - it's the foundation of everything we do. From supporting neighborhood events to building relationships with nearby partners, we believe in keeping it local and keeping it personal.
Our poke bowls are made fresh daily, crafted from scratch using high-quality ingredients and locally caught fish sourced directly from Kauai fishermen. Because we rely on fresh island catch, availability may vary - and we wouldn't have it any other way. That's how you know it's real.
